I judged part of the Idea State U competition this past weekend.  The program is for Kentucky's public universities.  They have tracks for both concepts and plan and for both undergrad and graduate teams.  Below are the winners and how much they won in each category: Undergrad Concept 1st Place $2,498.68 Biometric Ease   Biometric Ease will ensure user authentication by integrating targeted fingerprint scanning while typing, typing-pattern recognition, and palm scanning.
