We'll be taking a Venture Capitalist look at business plans. James Porter will present plans, the audience will grade them and James will talk about how Venture Capitalist may grade in a different fashion! The idea is for us to get inside the Venture Capitalist head to try to understand what is of importance from his perspective. Venture Capitalist Business Plan Evaluation - Bring a friend! ReInvent Abilene is a great event. Tom Dolan has done some great things with it for the Abilene entrepreneurship community, not to mention, getting speakers like Jim Porter. If you decide to make the trek, be sure to let me know!

Wow, this looks really cool. I wish there was something like this here in Denton. If it wasn't such a drive, I'd come out.
